ENTRY PROCESS
Entries open at 6:00pm ACST, Wednesday 19th July, 2023.
AID STATIONS
There will be 7 manned full service aid stations throughout the 100km course. These aid stations will include supplies of Water, Tailwind Nutrition, Coke, fresh fruit, lollies and crisps. Please note that we are a PLASTIC FREE event and runners will be required to supply their own water vessels/keep cups. Please see race manual and maps for specific details.
If you have your own specific needs, drop bags can be utilised for ALL said stations ONLY in the 50km & 100km events.

3 events at Ultra Adelaide attract ticks from the UTMB Index
The 34k is calculated under the 20k index.
The 50k is calculated under the 50k index.
The 100k is calculated under the 100k index.
REFUND POLICY
Participants will receive a full refund (minus the $30 admin fee) for all requests prior to 9th June, 2024.
Strictly no refunds will apply after this date. This policy also applies to transfers and rollovers.
All refunds and rollover requests must be emailed to registrations@ultraseries.com.au Withdrawal notifications received via any other means will not be processed.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
ALL 100km & 50km RUNNERS ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
o Mobile Phone with Event Phone Number saved into contacts
o Mini first aid kit consisting of (available at registration or as an add on if you’d like the whole kit):
- Space Blanket
- 10 metre Snake Bandage
- 6 x wound closure strips
- 1 x crepe bandage 7.5cm x 2.3m
- 1 x triangular bandage
- 2 x non- stick wound dressing pads
- 1 x pair of surgical gloves
o Waterproof seam sealed jacket (with hood)
o Whistle
o Headlamp
o Spare batteries for headlamp plus spare batteries (or spare headlamp/power pack)
o Hi vis vest equivalent to AS/NZ (reflection front and back)
o Beanie and/or buff/thir
o Running gloves
o Minimum 1000ml liquids
o Keep Cup or soft flask (in addition to minimum 1000ml liquids)
ALL 34km RUNNERS ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

PLEASE NOTE: It is recommended that 34km and 21km runners also carry a buff/beanie/neck gaiter/thir, plus a waterproof jacket or long sleeve but it is not mandatory.
ALL 10km RUNNERS ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

PACERS
Pacers are ONLY permitted for the 50km & 100km event and MUST join their runner Gorge Road Aid Station and accompany them for the final 19kms of the course.
Pacers will need to be registered by their runners at bib collection/check in.
CUT OFFS
The following aid stations will also have a frim cut off where runners will need to depart by the following times:

- Norton Summit Aid – 8:00pm
- Montacute Aid – 10:30pm
- Gorge Rd Aid – 1:30am
- Brookway Aid – 3:30am
QUALIFICATION
There are no qualification requirements to enter any distance, however, you know your abilities and we trust you enter the event within your capabilities.
VOLUNTEERS
Ultra Adelaide is held over an extensive distance and the network of trails will be open to the public throughout the event. As such, many additional marshals along with the usual collection of a big team of volunteers are needed to make Ultra Adelaide happen. If you would like to help out at Ultra Adelaide, Please fill in the form on the website.. All volunteers will receive a 20% volunteer credit to ANY of the 20 Ultra Series events held around the country.
